Thursday, November 20, 2025Overseas purchases of copra meal in June totaling 24,382 MT turned in USD3.686 million, nearly twice last year at USD1.936 million (+90.4%) as volume traded doubled. China was leading destination responsible for 38.3% or 9,350 MT, tracked by Vietnam at 7,150 MT (29.3%), and South Korea at 6,300 MT (25.8%). Limited volumes were shipped to India at 714 MT, Japan at 597 MT and Taiwan at 271 MT.

Thursday, October 30, 2025Overseas purchases of copra meal at 22,409 MT in May generated USD3.336 million in foreign exchange, nearly halving last year’s USD7.081 million (-52.9%). China was the month’s leading market responsible for a third of total (33.8%) or 7,565 MT, followed by South Korea at 6,324 MT (28.2%), India at 4,410 MT (19.7%), Vietnam at 3,521 MT (15.7%). Limited loads went to Taiwan at 356 MT and Japan at 233 MT.

Friday, October 3, 2025Shipment of copra meal in April at 27,586 MT was valued USD4.072 million, dropping by 57.6% from last year, pruned by low volume and price. South Korea took bulk of the month’s delivery at 19,224 MT (69.7%), with China following at 7,350 MT (26.6%). Limited orders were made by India at 519 MT, Japan at 303 MT, and Taiwan at 190 MT.
