New Products from Natural Products Expo West
Thursday, March 28, 2024The Natural Products Expo West trade show held on March 12-16 had more than 67,000 attendees and 3,000 exhibitors displayed a wide range of new product innovation, according to Food Business News report on March 20. One of the biggest buzzwords at this year’s show, where brands exhibited their newest products and promote the emerging trends that may shape the future of natural and organic foods categories, was sustainability.
Part 1 of its the report featured Larabar, a brand from General Mills, Inc. which introduced a line of trail mix bars, which have a ‘crunchewy’ texture, according to the company. The bars are available in peanut butter and jelly, dark chocolate peanut, and chocolate coconut macaroon flavors. These are the first bars from Larabar that are made with regenerative almonds, according to the company.
